RMA Terms

After processing the RMA (return merchandise authorization) claim via our support page, you must package your product without the waterproof case and without accessories, properly protected so it will not be damaged during transportation. Make sure there are at least 5 cm of stuffing on the 6 faces of the device. Use a good corrugated box and make sure the product is completely immobilized inside the package. If the device is damaged because of unproper packing, the warranty may be void.

Assigned RMA number must be indicated on the outside of the package in a clear and legible manner.

Send the product to the provided address in Spain, Europe.
You can select any shipment method of your choice, as far as it can be tracked down in a website. The cost of this shipment should be fully paid by the shipper and we are not responsible in the event that your selected logistics provider loose or damage the parcel.

Once you get the tracking number of the shipment, please forward it to us, so we can notify you when we receive your parcel.

Once the product is in our facility, it will be diagnosed by our technical service to confirm that the warranty conditions are met.

If conditions are met, we will proceed to repair your product.
We process all warranty repairs in a maximum of fourtenn (14) days, but under normal conditions, we usually arrange it in less than seven (7) days

Once product is repaired, it will be sent back to you at no extra cost. Delivery usually takes two (2) to five (5) days, depending in location.

In the event that product doesn’t meet the warranty terms, our technical service will elaborate a technical report with a repair quotation, which will cost 20 € (plus VAT).

The cost of this quotation and report will not be charged if the repair quotation is accepted. In this case, you will only need to pay the cost of repair (which may vary according to type of damage), along with the shipping cost of returning the repaired product to you.

In the event of unacceptance of the repair quotation, the customer must pay the labor costs of preparing the technical report and repair quotation (20 € plus VAT) together with the shipping cost of returning the product to you.

The customer will have 180 calendar days to accept or decline the repair quotation, otherwise the product will become the property of SJCAM SPAIN.
